sometimes wondered where so much better...boss or employee ?
So far all I've ever felt the position was and seems to be the chairman with a personal application of the approach is very good for the environment into force at work ... anywhere.
Being the wise leader is not easy, but if you apply the system of good cooperation, respect for every human being who work together can make a leader respected by employees.

Human work in addition to indeed be mandatory in life, do not deny they are looking at income to sustain them in their lives.But if what is done in the context of their obligations is not feasible, it would be better if the teaching is done in accordance with their capacities to be able to further develop these human resources, rather than enslave his mind to consider them low and not classy.
